Hack: Move!

If you work somewhere with outdoor space, schedule “walking meetings” as often as you can. Make it a point to get outside during your lunch break. Start an unofficial activity challenge with coworkers. Participate in National Bike Month (May). Use an app or a timer to remind you to get up and move/stretch every 45 minutes.
